Elizabeth Pugliese is a graduate of the Catholic University Columbus School of Law. She is licensed to practice in the state of Maryland. Ms. Pugliese also holds a BA in Political Science and an MA in International Relations.
Ms. Pugliese published a paper on human trafficking in the Journal of Contemporary Health Law and Policy. During law school, she performed internships at several public interest organizations including House of Ruth Maryland, Catholic Charities, and Polaris Project.
